Here is a sneak peak at some of the story-
"There
are a lot of decisions to make in the beginning of a renovation project. First, we have to finalize the design of the
room. Sometimes clients want to keep the footprint of the room the same, other times we change things drastically.
After the design is finalized, clients must choose colors, cabinets, countertops, flooring and appliances. I tell clients
that it is important to follow a specific order in making choices. . ."
"After the client sees the cabinet design and shop drawings have been
approved, we proceed with choosing everything else for the kitchen. Typically, clients want granite countertops in their
kitchens. There are other surfaces available; poured concrete, solid surface, engineered stone, ceramic tile, wood,
stainless steel, soapstone and laminate. . ."
"Today we begin the floor finishes. The first step in this process
is to sand the floor. This takes most of the day since we have to sand several times with different sandpaper to create
a smooth floor. . ."
